At Noma and Nori (nomanori.com), we stand behind the quality of our curated collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- All tags, labels, and protective seals remain intact.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear).
- Earrings and pierced jewelry.
- Personal care items or cosmetics where the seal has been broken.
- Final Sale or "Clearance" items.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@nomanori.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our address at 2210 Bank Street, Ottawa is an administrative office only. Do not send returns to this address. We cannot accept or process packages at our headquarters. Items sent here will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
4. Shipping Costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Noma and Nori will cover 100% of the return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect. Photos are required.
Change of Mind: For all other returns (size, preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable service.
5. Refunds
Once inspected at our authorized facility, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
